It’s a full coverage helmet that you wear for 10 minutes at a time at least 5-6 days a week. You just put the helmet on, press the start button and after 10 minutes it turns off. It is truly one of the easiest devices to use and incorporate into your daily routine. Once I began using the LED helmet, I saw my hair growth increase rapidly. Technology

The LED light helps to increase blood flow to the scalp which helps stimulate the hair follicle. It is powered by a spectrum of red light (620-660nm) which energizes the hair follicle, reduces inflammation and lowers DHT levels (a hormone known to cause hair thinning). Daily Use

It is best to use it 5-6 days a week to see results. It is recommended to use it on clean hair but if I am being honest, I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week but still use the helmet every single day.
