Finding a good classic pair of black pants is not the easiest task. There are a TON of black trousers and pants out there but many have added details on them that could limit you for styling them certain ways. I came across this pair on the Express website and thought they looked like the perfect pair of simple black pants. One button, no frills and a flattering high rise fit. L-O-V-E from the moment I put them on. Because they are plain and basic, it makes them incredibly versatile for looks like this one or something much more dressed down like a moto jacket, band tee and cute sneakers. They come in a few different colors and lengths so there is something for everyone! Also, I can’t discuss this outfit without raving about this sweater because it’s absolutely gorgeous. Definitely a statement piece and one that I can wear season after season and it will always look chic! A few weeks ago I asked on my insta-stories how many people are still working from home versus back in an office and I was really surprised by the amount of people that are back in an office whether full time or a few times a week. I thought I would share looks like this from time to time for those wanting to put together looks again for an office or in anticipation of going back at some point.
