I typically think of maxi skirts as summer pieces only, but I was really excited to style this maxi for winter! My leather jacket is the the first thing I grabbed because I love mixing a feminine item with a more edgy masculine item, and then added my favorite layering turtleneck. I threw on some ankle boots, but you could also wear knee high or over the knee boots for some added warmth. The best part about this skirt is it can easily transition into spring, summer and fall as well. A black camisole/black tee with flats or sandals would make this warm weather appropriate. And I also love the idea of wearing a band tee and sneakers to make it super casual too. So many options!
