I’ve been sharing my monthly favorites nearly every month for the past 10+ years but only on video (IG, Tiktok, YouTube). I’ve never shared my favorites in a blog post but thought I would begin doing so in case you ever miss my monthly favorites video. These are all my favorite, most worn and most enjoyed products from the month. I love putting these lists together and sharing the best of the best with all of you! Educated Mess Grow a Pair Lash Serum (discount code: MAREE30)
I have not used a lash growth serum in yearssss because many of them contain prostaglandins which can cause different eye issues. One of the biggest issues is that it can slowly “eat away” (it’s the best way to describe it) at the fat around the lash line ultimately making the lashes appear longer but causing the eye area to look more hollow. Some irritated my eyes horribly too so I decided to stop using them all together. Educated Mess is one of my favorite skincare brands because their formulations are incredibly effective while also being very gentle. I’ve only been testing this lash serum for less than two weeks so I can’t speak to growth yet, but I can say I have NO irritation at all with formula. The founder of Educated Mess specifically wanted to create a lash serum without prostaglandins which is why I decided to give this a try.
Cozyland x Wicked Pajamas (discount code: MAREESYE-15)
I like to consider myself a pajama connoisseur and LOVE getting dressed for bed each night. Cozyland is one of my all-time favorite pajama brands – their fabric is SO soft and the prints are some of my favorite. They recently launched a collaboration with Wicked and these Elphaba striped pajamas were a must have! There are a few other Wicked prints for adults and kids so if you are a Wicked lover, you must get a pair of these! If you are not, trust me there are so many other great prints to choose from.
Heaven Mayhem Clove Earrings (discount code: MAREE15)
I have so many jewelry pieces from Heaven Mayhem that I love but this new earring style is perfect! Small but not too small and great for everyday. I personally love the mixed metal option because it goes with everything.
Quince Double-Faced Merino Wool Scarf Coat
I did an entire blog post about scarf coats and how popular they are right now. I guess I influenced myself writing that post because I ordered this coat from Quince right after. LOL It’s a medium-weight which is perfect for the weather right now. Also, the scarf is attached which is exactly what I need because I always end up losing my scarves throughout the winter.
Westman Atelier Sun Tone Bronzing Drops
My skin is loving all things Westman Atelier so I ordered these bronzing drops during the Sephora sale. The formula is absolutely stunning especially for mature skin. I purchased shade 1 which is subtle enough to give a hint of warmth to the skin. It’s a matte finish but because the formulation is liquid, it doesn’t look flat or dull on the skin. My only complaint is that the packaging gets very messy. Product gets all over the inside of the cap which is frustrating but not enough of a deal breaker for me not to keep using and recommending it. Hopefully they can fix the packaging in the future.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Black Cherry Cleansing Balm
The Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is a cleanser I’ve been using for nearly 12-13 years at this point. So it’s no surprise that it would be a favorite but this particular Black Cherry scent is what made me include it in this month’s favorites. The scent is perfection and a must try if you love anything cherry scented.
Perelel Health Perimenopause Support Pack
I am smack dab in the middle of perimenopause and fighting for my life every day with these weird symptoms. Perelel Health sent me this supplement pack that is designed to help manage perimenopause symptoms. I am just about out and already reordered because it seems like it is making a difference. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what its helping with but I do feel a bit better this month that I have been taking them. Nothing else has changed in my diet or regimen so I am going to order another month to continue to see if I feel the same!
Nisolo Vera Knee High Boots
The most comfortable knee high flat boots that I own! I wore them for the first time on Halloween night which honestly was a huge rookie mistake. We were out for 2 hours and this could have been the worst decision ever. But thankfully, these were the MOST comfortable boots to walk in. I love that you can dress them up or down and the shape and style is timeless and classic.
Quince Italian Leather Handwoven Satchel
I have been eyeing this bag for quite some time and finally ordered it in this gorgeous burgundy! It holds more than I thought it would which was a welcome surprise. The burgundy is the perfect pop of color for the fall while still being somewhat neutral.
Voluspa Noble Fir Garland Candle
This is not a new favorite but I had to mention it because we are headed into winter which is the perfect time to burn a fir scent. I have loved this candle for a few years and burn it all year round despite the wintery scent. The notes are cedarwood, noble fir, cashmere musk and amber making it the most perfect mix of warm and woodsy.
Dean Davidson Galleria Ring
I love a statement ring for everyday even with casual outfits. I have worn this ring nearly every single day since it arrived and love the unique dark labradorite stone in the center.
Phlur Cherry Stem EDP
Clearly I am loving cherry scents at the moment so this monthly favorite seems fitting. I ordered a travel size of Phlur’s new Cherry Stem scent during the Sephora sale without ever smelling it and hoped for the best. Thankfully it is even better than I imagined and am planning to buy the full size.
U Beauty Resurfacing Flash Peel (discount code: MAREE20)
This peel is one of the best at-home peels I’ve ever tried. It removes every last bit of rough texture on the skin without drying it out. My skin looks like glass after using this 1-2x/month.
