My birthday was last week so Stan and I headed up into the mountains near our house because I love the fall foliage up there. The views are gorgeous and it was nice to walk around and drink my coffee somewhere other than my home office. LOL And yes, that little stunt of me trying to walk across the log was Stan’s idea. He actually wanted me to climb a bigger rock nearby but I vetoed that idea quickly. Ha!

This is my third year with these boots and I still love them so much. They are so comfy and perfect for wearing all fall and winter. I had been eyeing this sherpa coat from Abercrombie and finally grabbed it on sale recently. It’s the perfect length for any on the shorter side (I’m 5’4″), but there is a longer version if you are tall. It’s warm but not too bulky and doesn’t make me look like a marshmallow. I’m so happy that beanie weather is here because I love giving myself an extra day of not having to wash my hair. LOL I love this brand of beanies but I could never find their hats with faux fur and they finally have started selling some. Yay! I bought the black and cream and love the slouchy fit. Speaking of slouchy fit, I also snagged two of these beanies for more casual outfits (and they are under $18!).
