Peplum tops are hit or miss with me but this one was an instant hit. The wrap style with the v-neck made it incredibly flattering! And the wrap has a snap at the top which ensures it stays closed (as someone with a big bust – I’m a 32D, this is a big bonus). The sleeves have a bit of a puff shoulder but nothing that makes you look like you are wearing shoulder pads. (ugh, that’s the worst) I’m always drawn to blue and white stripes in the spring and summer, which could be because it looks like seersucker fabric which I adore. In fact, Miles is wearing seersucker pants for Easter this year and I can’t wait to see him in it! 🙂
I bought this Staud bag last year because I wanted a white bag in my collection but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. And it was the best decision! Since the outer bag is clear, the inner white bag never gets dirty and I love the unique shape. Stan calls it my “bag in a bag” which is exactly what it is. LOL You can also switch out the inner bag to any small makeup bag you have in your collection to change up the look. One of my readers sent me a pic of her Staud bag in black with her Louis Vuitton makeup case inside and it looked so chic! Such a great idea! Staud just released a bunch of new styles this spring and they are all gorgeous.
