It’s officially boot season and I could not be more excited! I have more pairs of boots in my closet than I care to admit so I wear them all season long to get my money’s worth. LOL Especially when it gets cold, wearing flats with my jeans won’t cut it. I have a mix of boot styles in my closet – both knee high boots and ankle boots but tend to reach for ankle boots more when I’m wearing jeans. A simple classic pair of ankle boots with go with just about any pair of  jeans.

The year is coming to a close so I love to look back and share what my favorite items were from beauty, fashion, accessories, etc. This will be the last of my Best of 2025 blog posts but instead of my personal favorites, this post focuses on the products that were the most loved by all of you! If you live somewhere that gets very cold weather during the winter, a puffer jacket or puffer coat is a must have in your closet. I would even argue that having a few of them is necessary especially is you are wearing one nearly every day for 3-4 months straight. I grew up somewhere that was quite mild during the winter so I never really had a good appreciation for puffer coats until I moved to NYC after college and had to find a good one ASAP.

These are the pieces I wore the most and would continuously recommend over and over.

There is so many great things about traveling but one of the downsides is the actual logistics of the entire operation. LOL Packing can be a bit exciting, heading to the airport can be a bit anticipatory but once you arrive at the airport all the way until you reach your destination can really be a headache. That is why it is important to dress as comfortably as possible. But dressing comfortably does not have to mean you have to sacrifice being stylish or put together.

If you are struggling with what to wear to all the holiday parties that are non-stop during this time of year, there are some great basics that you can buy which will be easy to rewear year after year. Classic fabrics like velvet and sequins never go out of style so it’s worth buying some festive pieces that you love and repurposing them with different accessories each holiday season. While I have always appreciated a comfy outfit from time to time, the older I get the more I am leaning into an entire comfy wardrobe. LOL I used to have a sweatshirt and maybe a pair of leggings to throw on when I didn’t feel like putting myself together, but that outfit has slowly morphed into an entire collection of clothing that is designed to be comfortable yet still looks super chic. I refuse to sacrifice style for comfort and definitely feel like you can successfully accomplish both in one look.
