Jinsoon

Jinsoon and Goop recently teamed up for an adorable nail polish collaboration. There was two sets, one that featured all neutral shades and one that was varying shades of red. The red one was definitely my favorite and offers three of the best red polish colors I’ve ever tried.

I’ve been a Jinsoon polish fan for years now (see my previous posts here) and find  her formula to be one of the best around. It wears FOREVER, hardly chips and dries within just a few minutes. Below is a look at the swatches of the three shades: Audacity (deep burgundy), Coquette (medium red) and Vanity (bright vibrant red).

There is a very slight difference between Coquette (middle finger) and Vanity (thumb and first finger), but in person Vanity is much brighter and more vibrant. Coquette falls in that perfectly classic shade of red that we all need in our collection, and Audacity is a grown up burgundy that is suitable for any and all occasions.

All shades have a creamy finish and apply evenly with two coats. I can typically get 5-6 days out of Jinsoon polishes, and even more than a week if I use with the Formula X Sephora system (which you need by the way, it’s a holy grail for me). Every nail collection needs those classic reds and this set is perfect for that.
