I’m not a bath person – I much prefer taking a shower. But I did used to love a good epsom salt bath when I was feeling sore or rundown, so I ordered this epsom salt lotion which provides the same benefits! Such a great alternative for those of us who don’t take baths.

Unique and interesting coats are my weakness because I love how they can become the entire outfit. This reversible cropped trench is one of the coolest styles I’ve seen in awhile. Great to wear into spring!

I’ve shared my love of CBD + THC products for so long because they have been so helpful is reducing anxiety, allowing me to relax at night and even get to sleep. I have recently been enjoying these at night for when I’m not yet ready to go to sleep but want to wind down. They only have a teeny tiny amount of THC so if you want something really mild to try, these are great!
