If there is one makeup product I have in abundance, it’s lip products. Lipsticks, lip glosses, tinted lip balms, lip oils – I love them all. And this year has been the year of the tinted lip balm! So many new ones have been released and more colors have been released in old favorites. Even though I like wearing a full face of makeup nearly every day, I love the idea of a moisturizing lip balm with a bit of tint to wear either alone or layered over another lip product.

A denim jacket is a staple in my closet. They can easily be styled for different seasons, with various outfits, and for multiple occasions. The right denim jacket can instantly make an outfit feel more balanced, relaxed, and styled without looking overdone. But with the wrong denim jacket, an outfit can easily feel outdated or bulky when proportions, washes, or layering pieces do not work together. The warm weather is here which means the suffocating heat and humidity is not too far behind. Even though I have dry skin, I still like to switch out my thicker moisturizers for something lighter in the summer. So many moisturizers that have a lightweight texture never work for my mature skin because they still leave my skin feeling dry and/or dehydrated.

I’m hit or miss with Frieda McFadden books. Some I love and others are not for me. This was a quick and easy read that keep me guessing until the end. Debbie is the perfect housewife.
