I’ve been following the creation and rise of Larroude shoes ever since Marina Larroude left Barneys many years ago. She was the Fashion Director of Barneys for many years and when she left, launched her own shoe line. I think she filled a unique space in the market because her price point falls in between luxury and fast fashion. I have many of her shoes/boots and there is a mix of whimsy and classic to her designs. I have quite a few of her styles so I thought I would dedicate post to my most worn and favorite styles. I find all of her shoes run TTS and have taken my regular size in each one.
Larroude Brand Review
Larroude Vivi Lucite Mule in Tan Leather
These are a top seller from Larroude and for good reason. I love the fact that the heel itself is also clear which makes these truly a shoe that will not compete with any outfit.

Larroude Maui Slide in Tapestry Rainbow Raffia
I’ve really embraced the birkenstock style trend over the past few years after being adamantly against it for so long. LOL Now at 45, my feet deserve the comfort and there are so many chic versions out there so I don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort. Ha!

Larroude Verona Macrame Ballet Flats
The Verona ballet flat is a classic style that Larroude makes and they are known to be VERY comfortable. I can confirm as I own two pairs of them and have never once had to break them in. From the first time I put them on, I could wear them all day long with no blisters or irritation. They are not a stiff style flat and are somewhat flexible if you were to move them around in your hair so they almost mold to your foot over time making them one of my most reached for shoes. They come in a MILLION colors/prints/textures so there is definitely something for everyone.

Larroude Milan Flat Sandal in Beige Raffia
The Milan category has flats, heels, boots, etc but I chose these flats because I loved the raffia texture. The gold details make them perfect to dress up with a dress or skirt but they still look great with shorts and jeans.

Larroude Milanina Mini Sandals in Tan Leather
If you need a pair of sandals to wear to a wedding, these are an absolute must have! The gold chain detail makes them suitable for a fancy occasion but the kitten heel makes them easy to walk in and wear all night.

Larroude Katherine Loafers
A pair of neutral loafers are a year round staple. I love the gold bar detail on these that make them a bit more interesting and the comfort level is 10/10.

Larroude Kate Boots
This is the first pair of Larroude shoes that I ever got and still remain my favorite style ever. The Kate boot is the absolute most chic and gorgeous looking boot I have ever owned. They are timeless, incredibly comfortable and worth the splurge!

Larroude Blair Ballet Flats
This pair of flats adds the perfect bit of color into my collection. Nothing too over the top and definitely a color that is easy to style especially through the colder months. If I’m being completely honest, I will always be a pointy toe gal though I am embracing a rounder toe and enjoying it. It’s the details on this shoe that really got me. The embellished buckle and there is a bejewelled “L” on the side that stands for Larroude. These are insanely comfortable too. If green velvet isn’t your favorite, this exact style of flats comes in a ton of other colors and textures.
Larroude Shoes I’m Loving

Larroude Kate Boots
I own these boots and recommend them to every single person who wants to invest in a classic knee high boot. I have them in chocolate brown and love them. These will never go out of style and you will have them for years and years to come.
Larroude Verona Macrame Ballet Flat
These are the same version of flats I own in red but if you want a neutral color to wear all year round, this chocolate brown is perfect.
Larroude Milan Slides
A more casual version of the Milan sandals I shared above but great if you want something to wear on vacation that isn’t a casual flip flop.
Larroude Dolly Verona Low Sandals
Larroude is known for their platform shoes but most of them are too high for me. This style is still a platform but at a walkable height. LOL
Larroude Dew Drop Mules
If you need a slight heel for a dressy summer look but want something that you can stand in and walk across grass or sand – these are a great option.
Larroude Mary Kate Sandals
I own these in the gold/brown color combination and have worn them non-stop all summer. Thong sandals are not my favorite because there is ALWAYS a breaking in period where I have to deal with blisters before my feet get used to them. There was no break in time required for these and I wore them for 5 hours straight the first day I got them. You will not be disappointed in these and will wear them everywhere!
Larroude Valerie Mules
Currently on my wishlist – these mules are absolutely stunning. They are a best seller for the brand and for good reason. If you are hesitant on how to style a metallic shoe, think of them like a neutral – especially gold. You can wear them with any outfit where you would wear a pair of brown or neutral shoes. Most of my closet is now flats but the few heels I do own are all kitten heels. It still gives me the lift I want but are so much easier to walk in.
Larroude Ines Pumps
A simple pair of pumps with a twist. I love the silver but these also come in other neutral colors and are a great workplace shoe option.
Larroude Milan Flat Boots
Another shoe in the Milan category, these flat boots are water resistant and so comfortable! I own them in brown in the mid calf version and loved wearing them during the winter when the weather was bad. I wish I had owned a pair of these when I lived in NYC and had to walk to work every single day. I had clunky rain boots that looked awful with my professional outfit but I didn’t want to ruin my regular shoes during my walk.
