A few weeks ago Stan and I drove out to Baltimore for the afternoon to have lunch and sightsee a bit. The weather was perfect so this wool jacket was all that I needed to stay warm while walking around. We headed to the Inner Harbor to explore after having the best crab cakes at Faidley’s. The famous Baltimore Aquarium is located at the Harbor and we were tempted to go in, but knew we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy it. Plus tickets are almost $40 per person and at that price, I want to make sure I see every square inch of that place to get my money’s worth. Ha!
Since I wasn’t quite sure of our agenda or how long we would be out for, I wore my Acne Jensen boots which are insanely comfortable yet still chic and stylish. I purchased them last year and am so glad I finally splurged on them. While the look is a bit edgier than what I typically wear, I find myself throwing them on with almost anything because they allow me to walk for hours and hours without any discomfort or blisters. We wandered around the Inner Harbor for an hour or two, and then headed over to Fell’s Point which was only a 5-7 minute drive away. It’s a quaint neighborhood right on the water with cobblestone streets and charming row homes. We had plans back home so we didn’t stay for dinner, but there were a ton of cute restaurants that I would love to go back and experience.
