I like to claim that I am the laziest high maintenance person out there. I want to try and test all the devices and tools with the least amount of effort required. LOL If something is too complicated to set up, to use or to stick with, chances are it won’t be for me. There are a few exceptions but for the most part, the beauty devices that I use on a regular basis are some of the easiest with which to remain consistent. Obviously, the most important aspect of using any device is the results but for me that has to be coupled with ease of use. I decided to round up all my most used and MOST EFFECTIVE beauty devices that are worth the investment.

My favorite and most used beauty device are my LED masks. They have given me the most significant results and are the easiest to incorporate into my routine. Steamers are great for all skin types and help to boost hydration, enhance absorption of your favorite skincare products and make it easier to deep cleanse your skin and pores. This one is incredibly easy to set up and perfect to use at home. I like to use it with a good clarifying detox mask to really give my skin a deep cleanse every few weeks.
Renpho Eye Massager
I initially bought this for my husband who has really bad allergies and gets regular sinus headaches. But soon I began using it myself when I wanted to deeply relax and calm my mind. You wear the massager like goggles and it have various setting that you can control depending on how much pressure you do or don’t want. It massages the entire eye and area while also providing gentle heat if you choose that setting. Finally you can hook it up to bluetooth and play your own music or listen to the music that is programmed in the massager.

My facial skincare routine is quite extensive but my body care routine is slowly increasing in steps every day. LOL I like to treat the skin on my body with the same care and attention that I do the skin on my face so I have been using this PMD Body Brush a few times a week when in the shower. It has various attachments that help to cleanse, exfoliate and massage the body. I usually use it with my whatever shower gel I have and it really gives my body a deep clean and slight exfoliation. Maysama LED Therapy Belt
This was a device that I wasn’t sure I would use as frequently as I do. It is an LED belt that also uses vibrating technology to help massage the affected area, promote faster muscle recovery and enhance relaxation. I use this on my lower stomach if I have cramps or menstrual pain or on my lower back to help with soreness and stiffness with which I regularly struggle. The belt doesn’t put off any heat but you do feel a slight warming sensation from the LED lights. The first time I used this I was dealing with major cramps that evening and after using this for 10 minutes, my lower stomach felt so much better and less inflamed. The pain wasn’t completely gone but it did help significantly.
