New Year, New Bag

Don’t worry, getting a new handbag wasn’t an actual new year’s resolution of mine but January is a blah month after the holiday hype so it seemed like the perfect time! LOL I had been thinking for months and months about my next handbag purchase before actually making a decision on one. While I love to buy bags that are somewhat popular at the moment, I weigh whether it will still look current and stylish 5-10 years from now. I am not someone that buys and sells handbags frequently – I tend to purchase a bag and keep it foreverrrrr. 

I love everything that Gucci has been putting out over the past few years so I was drawn to their styles again (I purchased this bag and this bag and adore them both!). I will be doing a full YouTube video review on the bag so stay tuned for that coming next week. For now I thought I would share it in this post, but please let that not distract from H&M’s faux fur extravaganza that I’m wearing! I was never an H&M shopper years ago, but every time I check their site these days there is always something that I want to put in my cart. This coat was a gamble since faux fur jackets can be hit or miss both in shape and fur quality. Thankfully it was a complete hit! The length was perfection, the shape isn’t too bulky, the fur feels so luxe and it is SO warm. A winner all around. It sold out very quickly in the black (though I think some returns trickle in here and there because random sizes keep coming back in stock), but the gray is still available.
