Boho

I hope everyone had a great weekend! The weather decided to go full on mid-August heat these past few days. Ugh. I normally love the hot weather but pregnancy typically raises your body temperature so I’m hot all the time now. And sweating non-stop. How lovely. LOL

We took these pics before the heat wave on a day that it was still mild enough to enjoy long sleeves. My style isn’t typically very boho but I love dabbling in it during the summer because it feels more appropriate. And usually any boho styles are flowy and less constricting which is always a better choice in the heat. I snagged this beaded blouse on major sale recently and loved the tie around the neck which gives it the look of a choker and long necklace combined! Since I don’t typically wear a ton of jewelry, it was a perfect accessory built right in. I paired it with these high waisted shorts I bought last summer and adore so much. Sadly I’m just about past the point where they fit so I have to retire them until next year.

I’m already beginning to look at a few maternity shorts and jeans to buy just to get me through these next few months so I will definitely share any great ones that I find.
