I don’t mind form-fitting things in the winter as I am always cold, but in the summer I gravitate towards flowy and billowy pieces. This top from Madewell is very oversized (I am wearing the XXS), but I still love the shape with a pair of skinny jeans. And one of my favorite looks to wear is skinny jeans with a pointy toe pump. It’s probably comes from living in NYC for so many years and that being a uniform of sorts up there, so it still feels chic yet casual at the same time to me. I love to splurge on a good pair of pumps (this brand is my favorite designer one to wear), but I have absolutely fallen in love with these Coach pumps. They are almost sold out unfortunately, but there are quite a few other classic pumps in the line that are worth a second look (this pair and this pair are my favorites). I can walk around for hours in them, and the heel height is enough to give me the height I want (I am only 5’4″) without destroying my feet. However, I am still a kitten heel and flats gal more than anything, and am excited to wear these that I just splurged on! I love the pointy shape for adding a bit of polish to an outfit, but the flat sole makes them incredibly comfortable.
