It may be -43 degrees outside, but in my beauty mind, it a nice, breezy 70 degrees, perfect for beginning my spring makeup look preparation.  One always needs a next season beauty prep, right????  If you are not completely convinced, take 5 minutes and look at all the images from my favorite makeup lines’ spring 2013 collections and then tell me if you aren’t feeling a reinvention coming on?
