While the snow can be the perfect backdrop for pictures, it is still such a nuisance to get around in (not to mention what it does to my hair – ugh.) Where is spring?! Ok, weather aside, I love that I can still wear so many of my spring and summer dresses during the colder months just by adding tights and boots. This dress from Equipment was a regular warm weather staple for me (see original post here), and I am happy to say that it is still a wardrobe staple for me despite the freezing temperatures. Even though it was snowing, it was not ridiculously cold this particular day so I was able to get away with just wearing the dress with my wool coat.  However, when it does dip into those awful temperatures that make you want to pack up everything and run away to the islands, I usually add my faux fur vest to this for an added layer. It gives a fun boho vibe, in addition to the added warmth and insulation it provides. The final pop to the outfit was these new J.Crew gloves I picked up on sale a few weeks ago. I have more than enough black gloves, but only one pair that I can use with my iPhone. So I popped into J.Crew on my way home and they had this cute pair on sale which were the perfect addition to my glove collection.
