Cuticles can make or break a nail pic – these are the sort of dilemmas that keep me up at night.  But once they are in check, the most exciting moment is deciding the color.  While I typically wear all colors for all seasons, I do tend to have my favorites that stay in rotation during certain times of the year.  Here I have rounded up my favorite nail colors for spring:
