As someone who wears red all the time, this is not necessarily an outfit I would only wear during the holidays but it definitely has a festive vibe. I personally love items that are versatile and can be worn outside of only one occasion. This look would be perfect for a special date night or even a night out with your girlfriends to celebrate the holidays. And then both pieces can still be worn throughout the rest of the year. The sweater obviously needs a coat during the colder months, but would really be great for Valentine’s Day and in the summer with sandals and white jeans! I’ve been loving coated denim and faux leather pants this season because this give an edgier vibe to an outfit. This particular pair has a cropped ankle which makes it perfect for my short legs. Yay! No hemming needed! Though I have them dressed up here, they would look equally great with a graphic sweatshirt and sneakers. If you are debating about getting a pair, I would definitely recommend because of how many things they can go with in your closet. Here are a few suggestions: a silk blouse and pumps, a turtleneck and boots, a chunky sweater and loafers or a band tee and combat boots.
